What flooring is best for underfloor heating?

Thick engineered boards are perfect for underfloor heating and are more stable than solid with less worry about movement and moisture as our boards are manufactured to a very high specification.
If a wide plank such as 150mm, 189mm or 220mm wide is desired use engineered oak boards, same installation and acclimatisation recommendations apply although engineered boards are less prone to moisture affecting their movement.
Recommended moisture content of the wood is 8-10%
