DELIVERY

Forest Floors UK offer a free delivery service on all orders over £400.00 Inc VAT to mainland UK.

All orders under £400.00 Inc VAT will incur a delivery fee of £35.00 Inc VAT.

Unfortunately we are unable to supply accessories only; all accessories must be purchased on a flooring order.

Over holiday period’s 48 hour delivery may not be possible.

Unfortunately due to insurance guidelines it is not Forest Floors UK responsibility to take goods into your home, please make provisions for adequate help at the time of delivery.

Deliveries are made from 0800 - 1800, morning or afternoon can be requested but no specific time will be given.

If there is no one in at the delivery time, you will be liable for the re-delivery fee. All deliveries must be signed for.

Please inspect all goods at time of delivery in the courier’s presence. If there are any damaged or missing goods this must be noted on the courier’s paper work as no claims for damaged or missing items can be made after the courier has left.

Goods refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur the return delivery fee.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Forest Floors UK will accept unopened orders back within 7 days of receipt. Any opened or part orders will not be accepted. Please check that all boards are not damaged before laying them as Forest Floors will not accept claims of damaged goods once installed.

All credits will be processed within 28 days. Any delivery costs will only be refunded if Forest Floors were at fault.

If you decide to cancel your order before deliveryForestFloors will charge a £35.00 administration fee. If cancelled after dispatch a further fee may be charged.

In the event of a telephone order all details will be read back to you at the time of ordering and a confirmation e mail will be sent immediately to confirm all details, your agreement will be accepted as a contract.
