The difference in Laquered and Oiled flooring.

The difference between a laquered and olied floor is:

A laquered floor gives a reflective, shiney effect. Making the room feel fresh and clean. A lacquered floor is harder wearing.
An oiled floor has an aged feel to it making the room feel authentic and warm. A good choice for rooms that have high volumes of traffic,i.e entrace lobby etc. You will need to maintain an oiled floor about 3 times per year.
